We are seeking a highly skilled paid social specialist to manage and optimise paid media campaigns across various social platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat. This role requires a deep understanding of social advertising, audience targeting, campaign analytics, and performance optimisation to drive results and maximise ROI.
Key responsibilities- Develop and execute paid social media strategies across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Experience with Social Programmatic, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit is an advantage.
- Build and implement full-funnel strategies based on the digital landscape, leveraging audience-building techniques and data from CRMs and mailing lists.
- Maintain a deep understanding of social media advertising platforms, algorithms, conversion tracking, and best practices.
- Utilise tracking tools such as Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Conduct audience research to refine targeting strategies and enhance ad performance.
- Build and manage campaigns optimised for specific KPIs (e.g., conversions, lead generation).
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve KPIs, revenue, and lead targets at an optimal cost.
- Generate performance reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters to maximise campaign performance.
- Analyse campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimise ROI.
- Generate performance reports using Data Studio and connectors, interpret data analytics, and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand objectives and develop integrated marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the paid social landscape.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements- 3-4 years of experience working as a paid social media manager at an agency.
- Experience working with EU, UK, or US brands.
- Proven track record in managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation.
- Proficiency in ad management tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other reporting tools.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and optimise campaigns for performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work within a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of remarketing and conversion tracking strategies.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations and compliance, including GDPR and CCPA.
Preferred qualifications- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Certifications in Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, or Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of paid social automation tools and AI-driven campaign management.
