Who are we looking for: An Intern or Junior Account Manager.

What will you do:
  • Admin expert, agendas, minutes, presentations in Google Suite
  • Ability to prepare accurate briefs and reports with direction
  • Exceptional grasp of the English language including spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Ability to cultivate and manage internal relationships, working closely with account managers and on occasion senior executives
  • Support in communication with clients as required by Account Managers
  • Understand marketing strategies and support in creating actionable campaign execution plans
  • Act as the liaison between the Account Managers and the operational execution team, ensuring seamless collaboration
  • Effectively support in managing project timelines and supporting in overseeing the execution of campaigns to meet deadlines
  • Preview all creative work, including emailers, funnels and copy, to ensure they drive prospect and consumer engagement, supporting the Account Managers in the review process
  • Openness to learn how to deliver insightful campaign results and feedback to clients, ensuring their goals are met
  • Interest in a goal to strategically optimise campaign performance and communicate optimisation requirements to the operations team
What do you need:
  • Interns to have a qualification in Marketing, Junior Account Managers to have at least 1 year of junior account management experience within a marketing agency
  • Age range: 23-28 years old
  • Proven background in a marketing agency environment
  • Proficiency in digital automation tools like ActiveCollab, Monday.com etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a calm disposition and build cohesive teams
  • Strong process-oriented mindset for adhering to operational processes within the business
Tools proficiency:
  • Proficiency in Google G-Suite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in any campaign and business process tools, automation tools, or social media reporting tools a plus
