Account Executive - Radio Sales

Job description

• Build and maintain strong business and interpersonal relationships with new clients  
• Achieve set monthly targets 
• Compile and present weekly status reports
• Identify and secure new sales opportunities
• Proactively identify and exploit new opportunities in order to grow and maximize revenue
• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients with the aim of closing deals

Requirements

• Minimum two years' experience in radio sales  
• Valid driver's licence
• Must have strong and solid relationships with advertising agencies
• Proven track record of sales performance and achievement of revenue targets
• In-depth knowledge of radio and media advertising
• Dynamic and confident with a strong networking focus
• Solutions-driven with a focussed professional outlook
• Ability to work productively in a team and within a competitive environment
• Excellent presentation skills 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• The ability to think out of the box
