Sorrell meets with Jupiter stakeholders in SA

In a presentation held in Johannesburg, yesterday, Tuesday, 10 March 2008, Sir Martin Sorrell, chief executive and architect of WPP, spoke about the implications of the WPP 49% investment in The Jupiter Drawing Room (South Africa) and Partners to Jupiter staff, clients, other stakeholders and the media. He stressed that the investment is a junior partnership intended to help Jupiter strategically as it grows, as well as a “selfish investment” in people who produce the ‘finest world-class work'. Jupiter founder and chairman Graham Warsop and MSG Afrika Holdings CEO Given Mkhari, also gave presentations which recapped the history of Jupiter and BEE implications regarding the deal.
