The Cellars-Hohenort hotel appoints Daniel Britz as food and beverage manager
Daniel Britz has been appointed as food and beverage manager of Liz McGrath Collection's flagship five-star hotel, The Cellars-Hohenort, in Constantia, Cape Town.
Britz has contributed to the success of many prestigious establishments in Cape Town, including the Upper Eastside Hotel, The Westin, The Alphen and the Belmond Mount Nelson. He began his career in the hospitality industry in 2019, taking over the Conservatory Restaurant at The Liz McGrath Collection.
He was promoted to oversee the food and beverage operation at The Cellars at Hohenort after working at the restaurant for more than two years.
