Stuart Cason has been appointed as the new executive chef for the Hilton Sandton. Cason began his career at the age of 16 at the Sandton Sun and Towers International hotel and was the youngest chef to win the Unilever Chef of the Year competition at the age of 21. Cason has since gained several years of experience in the hospitality industry.
