 To implement and manage as tasked, the successful creation, development and roll out of client marketing communication in a TTL capacity and manage all required administrative tasks.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Event Coordination
  • Attend brand activations and events to oversee set up, break down, brand ambassadors and sales mechanics.
  • Understand the requirements for each event
  • Plan events with attention to financial and time constraints
  • Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, etc.)
  • Do final checks on the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards.
  • Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems.
  • Evaluate event’s success and submit reports.
  • Develop a complete understanding of the requirements for every event.
  • Research vendors and make selections based on their creativity, quality, and cost.
  • Book venues, schedule guests, draft and finalise contracts, and lock down day-of logistics.
  • Develop content for event materials and work with graphic designer.
  • Handle day-to-day administration of events and programs, including order placements, vendor monitoring, travel planning, restaurant reservations, attendee participation, registration counts, RSVP tracking, and issue resolution
  • Tradeshow execution support, work with marketing team to plan and execute tradeshows as well as Support in planning and execution
Administration
  • Handle and manage petty cash
  • Check event recaps and organise event photos
  • Provide weekly activation recaps and reports
Marketing inventory management
  • Manage and organise event and activation collateral
