Requirements:

• • Fully qualified with RE5 certification.
  • Valid National Credit Act (NCA) registration.
  • Relevant qualification in F&I or related field.
  • CPD (Continuous Professional Development) requirements up to date.
• Experience:
  
  • A minimum of two years’ experience as a qualified F&I.
  • Proven ability to handle 70+ units per month.
• Skills:
  
  • Strong customer service excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act) and TMPS (TransUnion Motor and Property Solutions) compliance.
  • Ability to build strong, structured finance deals.
  • Experience with Signio (beneficial).
• Personal Traits:
  
  • A team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
  • Proactive approach to meeting targets and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate financing and insurance solutions for customers, ensuring all deals comply with industry regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and compliant process.
• Build strong finance and insurance deals, meeting both the customer’s needs and dealership’s requirements.
• Ensure compliance with FICA, TMPS, and all relevant financial regulations.
• Meet monthly unit targets (70+ units).
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for the customer.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends, regulations, and products.
