Conference Producer

• Manage and prepare event project plans through compiling a list of relevant speakers, writing the programme based on relevant topics and driving marketing campaigns on relevant channels
• Collaborate with the managing director and events coordinator to champion and drive best practices in event management/sponsorships and marketing.
• Must be a good team player and an excellent communicator
• Must be proactive in managing multiple tasks at once
• Must have good research and writing skills

• 2 -3 years experience
• Experience in setting up and managing events
• Experience in developing marketing implementation plans
• Experience in events coordination
• Experience in sales and marketing 
• Tertiary qualification will be to the candidate's advantage.
