As our Digital Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives across GVI and our other companies within the group. Your leadership will ensure seamless collaboration across teams, bringing innovative ideas to life while optimizing workflows to increase efficiency. With a global reach and a mission-driven focus, our marketing efforts directly support sustainable development, conservation and community projects worldwide.

What you'll be doing
  • Leading the end-to-end management of high-impact marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prioritizing and streamlining projects to ensure teams stay aligned with business goals.
  • Overseeing project timelines, Trello boards, Gantt charts, and progress reports.
  • Managing relationships with developers to enhance digital platforms and optimize marketing tools.
  • Identifying opportunities for process automation and scalable solutions.
  • Coaching and supporting direct reports, developing a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
What you bring to the team
  • 3-5 years of experience managing complex, high-volume projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work quickly and juggle multiple deliverables, context-switching efficiently between projects.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering numerous large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and find solutions.
  • A proactive approach to innovation, process automation, and strategic execution.
  • A background in marketing, advertising, or related fields, with a qualification in project management (preferred).
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in production, studio management or as a producer/production coordinator is highly advantageous.
