Inq. makes South Africa regional edge power
"Along with this move, the Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Network Operations Centre (NOC) will be located in South Africa covering Namibia, Swaziland, Botswana and Mozambique," says executive chairman Andile Ngcaba.
This aligns with a new group-level strategy to concentrate its efforts in key regions.
By establishing South Africa as its home market, the company is well-positioned to expand its regional capabilities and serve customers across the entire group.
New leadership
"Our focus on ESG and sustainability is paramount. We are committed to building strong relationships with stakeholders and making a positive impact in the communities we serve," said Khethi Malinga, the newly appointed chief human capital officer.
Malinga, who brings over 26 years of experience across diverse multinational industries, will lead the development and execution of the group's human capital strategy and ESG initiatives.
She joins Grant Morgan, the recently hired chief commercial officer, who boasts over 30 years of experience in the ICT sector.
Driving efficiency
Morgan will be responsible for driving revenue growth, diversification, marketing, product development, and management, enhancing consultation-based customer engagement and advancing inq.'s competitive position.
With this consolidation and new leadership in place, inq. can drive efficiency and innovation, reinforcing its position as leader in edge solutions in the Pan-African region.
