Required
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Good Excel skills
- Five years' exp as a shift supervisor / team lead within a factory
- Staff supervision and training
- Quality product delivery within deadline targets
- OTIF
- Timesheet management
- Labour allocation and within budget
- Problem solving and reporting on production performance
- Production meetings etc
