HRBP position for a Company in the Parow area needs a skilled experienced HR person to join the GroupHR policies and employment legislation, advise on risk management, coach and support managers in people management, employee relations, change management and employment equity
Requirements:
Grade 12
Qualification related to the function, i.e. HR diploma/degree
3-5 years of generalist experience
Knowledge requirements:
Performance Manage / ER / EE / OD/ Learning & Development
Good understanding of all the appropriate Acts (LRA, BCEA, OSHA, COID, EEA)
Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, MSWord)
