Looking for a dedicated workshop foreman to join a team. As a workshop foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the servicing of vehicles, running the workshop (second-in-command), training technicians, managing stock control, working closely with the workshop manager, and checking all technician work to ensure quality standards are met.

• Working closely with the workshop manager
• Checking all technician work

Requirements

• Must be technically qualified – red seal – diesel/petrol motor mechanic
• At least eight to ten years' experience in the motor trade in a reputable dealership environment
• Must be a foreman or currently a workshop service manager
• Clean criminal record – medically fit
• Driver's licence – not endorsed
• CMS knowledge or a similar dealer management system is a must
• Must have had excellent relations with OEM
• Must know total after-sales operations, including but not limited to services, maintenance, repairs, warranties, CSI, escalations, customer care, service bookings, and service administration processes
• Must be able to lead a team of technicians, apprentices, and service staff
• Must be financially strong, have billable hours and be GP-driven
• Must reside on the East Rand or close to the dealership
