Join a dynamic team as an automotive workshop manager and play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our workshop. Reporting directly to the dealer principal, this permanent management-level position provides opportunities to lead and innovate in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage workshop operations efficiently
• Ensure maintenance, services, and repairs are carried out to the highest standards
• Handle customer escalations and maintain excellent customer satisfaction index (CSI)
• Lead and motivate service staff, including technicians and apprentices

Skills and qualifications

• Red seal qualified
• Expertise in maintenance, services, and repairs
• Strong skills in managing escalations and ensuring high CSI
• Proven ability to lead and motivate service staff, technicians, and apprentices
