Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and provide them with excellent customer service
  • Assess customer needs and offer suitable insurance products
  • Explain policy details, including coverage options and premium costs
  • Assist clients with completing applications and processing claims
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and industry trends
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Familiarity with insurance products and terminology is a plus
  • Motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
