Job purposeTo manage and optimise pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns and coordinate SEO strategies to drive qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and improve organic search engine rankings. You’ll develop, implement, and monitor both PPC and SEO strategies across various platforms. Key responsibilitiesPPC specialist responsibilities- Campaign management: Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.). Conduct keyword research, create optimised ad copy, set up bidding strategies, and monitor performance.
- Budget management: Allocate and manage the PPC budget, tracking campaign costs to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Reporting and analysis: Generate regular performance reports (impressions, clicks, click-through rate, conversion rate, ROAS). Analyse data to identify trends and optimise campaigns.
- A/B testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Analyse test results to inform future campaign optimisations.
- Stay updated: Keep up-to-date with PPC trends, industry best practices, and platform updates. Attend conferences and webinars to expand your skills.
SEO coordinator responsibilities- Keyword research and analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research to optimise website content, and analyse website performance metrics for improvement.
- On-page SEO: Optimise title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags. Ensure website content is well-structured, keyword-rich, and user-friendly.
- Off-page SEO: Build high-quality backlinks from reputable websites and monitor online brand reputation.
- Technical SEO: Collaborate with developers to ensure the website is technically sound. Implement schema markup and other SEO best practices.
- Reporting and analysis: Track and analyse website traffic and rankings, generating SEO reports to monitor progress and identify improvement areas.
Required skills and experience- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns and implementing SEO strategies
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics GA4, SEMRush, Search Console, Bing Ads, and GTM
- Proficiency in keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and presentation skills
