Leading a team that works both remotely and from our beautiful Garden Route office, you will be instrumental in shaping how dotsure.co.za is perceived by the world. Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a cohesive, integrated marketing plan to grow the brand and portfolios.
- Maintain brand consistency across all client touchpoints and ensure corporate identity roll-out.
- Drive internal brand culture and coordinate gifting strategies (including client, PR, and CSI).
- Brief, manage, and execute campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Plan and manage brand image through PR strategies and social media.
- Monitor and measure campaign success, using data for strategic planning.
- Oversee stakeholder and selected team member management.
- Collaborate with department heads to support business activities for brand growth.
Minimum requirements:- Relevant marketing diploma
- Three to five years of partner, channel, or distributor marketing experience, covering strategy and execution in a digital environment
- Strategic, analytical thinker with experience in international, virtual team settings alongside marketing, sales, product specialists, and business partners
