What we are looking for: A UX/UI designer who will enhance the usability and user experience of our product.

What you will do

Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, and surveys) and translate insights into actionable designs, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and refine solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Apply a user-centric design methodology, iterating on designs based on user feedback.
Develop interactive prototypes and conduct user testing to validate design decisions.
Identify design challenges and deliver elegant, effective solutions that enhance usability.
Design and optimise for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Propose and implement creative ideas to continuously improve the product's design.

What you must have

Five or more years of experience as a UX/UI designer with a portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
Familiarity with user-centric design principles and methods.
Knowledge of UI/UX design best practices for creating user-centric solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform user experiences.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with front-end development principles is a plus.
