What will you do:- Manage and engage with the community on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, learners, and staff through active community management
- Monitor community interactions, ensuring conversations remain respectful, relevant, and aligned with our values
- Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, addressing concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
- Identify and foster opportunities for meaningful engagement, increasing participation and strengthening community ties
- Proactively maintain a positive online presence, staying responsive and available regularly
- Ensure all interactions reflect the commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for all members
What will you need:- Proven experience in social media and community management (preferably in an educational or similar field)
- A hands-on approach with the ability to actively manage and engage the community
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and how to foster community growth and interaction
- Highly responsive, intelligent, trustworthy, and proactive qualities
- Must be able to work independently and manage the community in-house (not suitable for agency experience)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on maintaining a positive and professional online atmosphere
