Who we are: We are an online education group dedicated to fostering a strong, supportive community for parents, learners, and staff.

Who we are looking for: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive community and social media lead to join our team.

What will you do:
  • Manage and engage with the community on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, learners, and staff through active community management
  • Monitor community interactions, ensuring conversations remain respectful, relevant, and aligned with our values
  • Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, addressing concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Identify and foster opportunities for meaningful engagement, increasing participation and strengthening community ties
  • Proactively maintain a positive online presence, staying responsive and available regularly
  • Ensure all interactions reflect the commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for all members
What will you need:
  • Proven experience in social media and community management (preferably in an educational or similar field)
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to actively manage and engage the community
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and how to foster community growth and interaction
  • Highly responsive, intelligent, trustworthy, and proactive qualities
  • Must be able to work independently and manage the community in-house (not suitable for agency experience)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on maintaining a positive and professional online atmosphere
