IT Support TechnicianRequirements- Diploma or NQF level six in ISO27001 - information security management systems certification (ISMS) or relevant qualification
- Three or more years of experience in IT user support or relevant experience
- Experience in IT user support, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or relevant experience
- Microsoft Desktop Support Administrator certification
- MCSE - cloud platform and infrastructure certification
- ITIL practitioner certification
Responsibilities- Provide effective technical support and problem resolution for all relevant IT services to end users
- Responsible for end-to-end query resolution and continuous service improvements
- Perform onsite and offsite hardware, software, and cloud solutions/platform updates and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair computer systems and IT frameworks throughout the organisation
- Adhere to the ITIL service management process and update the IT service management application with relevant progress
- Provide equipment set-up support for new joiners
- Repair and maintain system applications, ensuring IT services are usable by end users
- Adhere to asset management policies and procedures when handling IT assets
- Collaborate with IT teams for troubleshooting and support on IT services
- Provide after-hours standby technical support on a rotational basis
