Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a results-driven digital sales specialist with strong communication, leadership, and commercial acumen. You should have a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.

What will you do?

  • Grow digital revenue through sales, analytics, and insights.
  • Develop digital products and position them in the market.
  • Assess client digital strategies and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver data-driven proposals and post-campaign analysis.
  • Lead digital marketing strategies to meet and exceed client objectives.
  • Promote new digital products, including podcasts.
  • Conduct research on consumer online behaviour.
  • Utilise first and third-party data in client proposals.
  • Support cross-functional teams for seamless client delivery.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and tools.
  • Pitch and onboard new digital partners.
  • Create integrated concepts across platforms using data and analytics.

What will you need?

  • Sales, marketing, or media degree/diploma (Postgraduate advantageous).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent commercial understanding and leadership abilities.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, ad software (DFP), and digital sales.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and deliver results.
