Who are we looking for:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical digital media strategist for a one-year fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing expert with a passion for data, trends, and audience behaviour. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multi-channel campaign management, and have a proven ability to drive engagement and ROI.

What will you do:

  • Strategic planning and execution: Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives, optimising customer experiences across digital touchpoints.
  • Market research and consumer insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and use analytics to craft targeted messaging.
  • Multi-channel campaign management: Oversee campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and email marketing, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Performance analysis and optimisation: Use tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager to monitor KPIs and make data-driven adjustments for better results.
  • Collaboration and team coordination: Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Budget management: Manage advertising budgets, allocating funds based on performance to maximise ROI.
  • Reporting and insights presentation: Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

What will you need:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in digital marketing or media strategy.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and data visualisation tools.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong ability to analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and reporting skills with a clear ability to convey insights.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with creative teams and stakeholders to align strategies with business goals.
  • Market knowledge: Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies.
