Who are we looking for? A skilled digital media campaign lead to work on a fixed-term one-year contract with expertise in developing and managing high-impact digital campaigns. You should be a strategic thinker with strong leadership and analytical abilities, adept at optimising campaigns to meet business objectives.
What will you do?
Campaign strategy and planning:
- Develop and present comprehensive digital campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify optimal digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic) for audience engagement.
- Set and track KPIs such as conversions, lead generation, and engagement.
Audience research and targeting:
- Conduct audience segmentation using first- and third-party data.
- Develop custom audiences and implement retargeting strategies for conversions.
Campaign execution and optimisation:
- Manage multi-channel digital ad campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and display.
- Utilise A/B testing to optimise ad content and campaign performance.
- Adjust targeting and budgets in real time using performance data.
Performance tracking and analytics:
- Monitor campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Use data to forecast trends and refine strategies.
Budget and resource management:
- Allocate budgets effectively across digital platforms.
- Optimise CPA, ROAS, and CLV while managing media spend.
- Collaborate with finance to track budget utilisation.
Collaboration and leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams of media buyers, analysts, and creatives.
- Provide strategic guidance and upskill internal teams on digital trends.
- Oversee the creation of engaging ad creatives.
Innovation and industry trends:
- Stay updated on digital trends, ad technologies, and privacy regulations.
- Experiment with new formats and AI-driven ad optimisations.
What will you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Media Strategy.
- Diploma in SEO.
- 5+ years of experience managing digital media campaigns.
- Previous banking experience.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms (e.g., Google DV360).
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
