Studio Design Traffic Manager

Note: This is a fully in-office position.

Who we are: We are a multi-disciplined creative studio delivering 350-degree solutions.

What we do: We provide TTL advertising and video production to post-production and 2D/3D animation.

What we are looking for: A studio design traffic manager with strong digital expertise and experience working in a 2D/3D animation and motion studio. You’ll be the key link between creative, production and client service teams, ensuring smooth workflow, managing schedules and keeping projects on track.

What you will do: You’ll oversee everything from motion graphics and animation pipelines to digital campaign asset rollouts—making sure teams are resourced properly, deadlines are met and quality is never compromised. This role is suited for someone who understands the pace of a digital-first creative studio and knows how to keep multiple high-output projects running efficiently.

What you must have:
  • Five+ years of experience as a design manager, traffic manager, studio manager, or project manager in a digital, 2D/3D animation, or motion studio
  • Strong knowledge of digital production workflows, including CGI, animation pipelines and motion graphics
  • Experience managing digital campaign asset rollouts, from banners and social content to high-volume ad production
  • A deep understanding of timelines, workflows and creative resourcing in a fast-moving digital environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills—able to juggle multiple moving parts without missing a beat
  • Clear and proactive communication—ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Monday.com, Asana, or similar)
  • Bonus: Experience working in advertising, post-production, or an agency setting
