We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in the automotive industry to take a new vehicle sales department to the next level! What we need:- Matric (Grade 12) / Degree
- Valid driver’s licence
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager in a dealership environment (stable work history required)
- OEM experience is essential (Experience with premium brands will be an advantage)
- Proven leadership skills – ability to mentor, motivate, and grow a sales team
- Strong deal-closing ability and expertise in sales processes
- Excellent financial, organisational, and marketing skills
- Outstanding communication and computer literacy
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for the automotive industry
