Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven and fully Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) Internal Sales Representative to join their team in the E-Waste Recycling Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, generating sales leads, and promoting our e-waste recycling services. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships over the phone. Key responsibilitiesSales and lead generation: - Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our e-waste recycling services.
- Follow up on warm and cold leads to generate business opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored recycling solutions.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Customer relationship management: - Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide detailed product/service information.
- Follow up on past clients to encourage repeat business.
Tracking and reporting: - Update and maintain lead sheets and call reports daily.
- Track customer interactions and ensure all follow-ups are scheduled appropriately.
- Report sales performance to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
Qualifications and skills- 3-5 years previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a sales-driven role (preferably in recycling, waste management, or sustainability sectors).
- Strong ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot and SAGE) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
