Coordinator - Business Development

Requirements:
  • A relevant diploma in management sciences (Commerce) or equivalent
  • Three years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in professional services
  • Legal experience in a law firm 
Responsibilities: 
  • Provide ongoing regular and ad hoc administrative support as required
  • Coordination of all elements of the pitch/proposal/ tender process
  • Responsible for maintenance all internal documentation (eg CVs, client lists, boilerplate, pitch copy, EM forms)
  • Assist with invoices and purchase order requests
  • Responsible for the administration of budgets for flights and accommodation for local, as well as international travel
  • Assist with the research of international conferences and the booking thereof
  • Assist with reporting and tracking
  • Champion of CRM system
