Coordinator - Business DevelopmentRequirements:- A relevant diploma in management sciences (Commerce) or equivalent
- Three years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in professional services
- Legal experience in a law firm
Responsibilities: - Provide ongoing regular and ad hoc administrative support as required
- Coordination of all elements of the pitch/proposal/ tender process
- Responsible for maintenance all internal documentation (eg CVs, client lists, boilerplate, pitch copy, EM forms)
- Assist with invoices and purchase order requests
- Responsible for the administration of budgets for flights and accommodation for local, as well as international travel
- Assist with the research of international conferences and the booking thereof
- Assist with reporting and tracking
- Champion of CRM system
