Coordinator: Learning and Development - 6 Month FTCRequirements: - A relevant bachelors degree in management sciences and/or human resources
- Four years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in professional services
- Legal experience in a law firm
Responsibilities: - Assists with the logistical arrangements for all training interventions and initiatives
- Track and monitor responses for training and provide timeous communication to relevant stakeholders regarding the final number
- of delegates
- Responsible for booking venues, organize and booking training equipment required as well as any catering/dietary and bar requirements
- Print training material required
- Secure soft copies of training material and ensure they are timeously preloaded
- Prepare relevant training registers and evaluation forms
- Assist with logistical arrangements for staff attending external seminars
- Consolidate all internal and external training feedback receive
- Capture attendance on the Learning Management System
- Assist with planning and reporting where necessary
- Responsible for routine office tasks such as faxing, photocopying, filing and scanning
