As the Marketing Manager, you play a pivotal role in the success of your client's account, taking full ownership of the client relationship. Your primary responsibility is to orchestrate and oversee all activities across accounts, identifying new package opportunities and securing avenues for account growth. Additionally, you will lead and coordinate all marketing activities to ensure a cohesive and impactful online presence.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inclusive marketing strategies to boost brand growth and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the home services industry.
• Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns on multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Analyse performance metrics and adapt strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on best practices and innovative marketing techniques.

Skills:

• Degree in Marketing or a minimum of three years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Profound understanding of digital marketing processes with the ability to translate and implement them effectively.
• Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on practical business application and client presentation.
• Adaptability and a keen interest in learning evolving technologies and digital marketing strategies.
• South African citizen or holds Permanent Residency.

To Note:

• This is a remote role, the client is based in the USA (Pacific time).
• Hours per month: 160 hours (8 hours a day, working USA Pacific times).
