Join a leading creative agency in an exciting new opportunity! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Director (BUD) to lead our client's new Cape Town office. This full-time hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work while being based in the vibrant City of Cape Town. The client focus is retail FMCG for this role.
Duties:- Business planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve financial targets.
- Team management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal performance across the team.
- Team leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Sales: Drive business development initiatives, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to secure new business opportunities.
Required:- Senior - 10 Years experience minimum.
- Degree - Undergraduate or honours
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a creative or advertising agency.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of successful business planning and execution.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and business development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have retail FMCG experience
