Head of Studio

We are seeking an experienced head of studio to lead our global business development strategy and drive growth across multiple verticals and regional markets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in building and executing business development strategies from the ground up, as well as strong leadership and management skills.


Key responsibilities 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives, focusing on identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth across a range of verticals and geographic regions.
  • Lead a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to develop integrated strategies and initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, negotiating and closing deals to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments, and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with at least one year of experience in a leadership role, preferably within the media and marketing sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute business development strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, as well as negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Experience working in global markets and managing regional-specific business development initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
