Nigerian delegation and the course lectures at the University of Pretoria’s Groenkloof Campus
The delegates began their course on Monday, 14 August 2017, concluding two days later. The general atmosphere on the morning of registration was very cheerful as delegates were excited about the training programme and enjoyed the opportunity to see what the University of Pretoria’s Groenkloof Campus looks like. The syllabus is unique in that all teaching content can be applied, with success, internationally. Among the focuses of the course is the creation of professional leaders who support transformation, and are able to critically engage and be self-reflective practitioners.
Sufficient Skills and Career Consult Ltd, Nigeria, funded the delegations’ training through Enterprises UP. The company works closely with Nigerian schools to provide essential training and career development in the education management industry of Nigeria. The partnership with Enterprises UP provided the ideal opportunity to deliver world-class training for the educators who face challenges within their industry. The course was tailored to address the challenges experienced by the group of delegates, imparting new skill sets for them to practice in their respective institutions.
The delegation thanked the team for a well-organised course and a warm and friendly welcome.
“Enterprises UP will always be our service provider of choice when it comes to training programmes,” Tolulope Olufunsho, Managing Director of Sufficient Skills and Career Consult Ltd, concluded.
