Justin Hartman is the co-founder and CEO of Social Code, a digital agency based in Cape Town, and is a well-respected digital industry entrepreneur.

In 2007 he co-founded Afrigator, of which he later sold a stake to MIH Internet - a division of Naspers Ltd.

In December 2008, Justin was voted one of 11 members of the Silicon Cape Steering Committee - a not-for-profit, community-owned and -driven initiative that serves to attract and bring together local and foreign investors, the brightest technical talent, and the most promising entrepreneurs.
