Happy Sandpit launches Delta Echo India – a gamified approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion
How It Works
Delta Echo India begins with an invitation to participants a week before the session, introducing them to their mission and fellow "crew members." On the day of the game, participants must collaborate in real-time to overcome challenges and enable every team member to shine, emphasising the power of inclusion, appreciation of individual strengths, and working together.
The game, which lasts around four hours, is fully interactive and facilitated to help participants unlock their thinking, break through internal barriers, and gain a deeper understanding of DE&I principles. To reinforce the learning, participants receive 12 weekly nudges following the session, encouraging them to apply the lessons in their day-to-day work.
Outcomes
By the end of Delta Echo India, participants internalise the importance of DE&I, learning how open-mindedness, collaboration, and recognising the unique capabilities of others create stronger, more unified teams.
Flexibility and Scalability
Delta Echo India is available for both virtual and in-person facilitation, making it accessible to teams regardless of location. Additionally, Happy Sandpit offers a Train-the-Trainer programme, empowering organisations to deliver the workshop internally, without ongoing license fees or complexity.
What Clients Say
"Delta Echo India was an incredibly immersive way to explore DE&I. It sparked lightbulb moments for the entire team and made the concepts accessible and actionable."
