We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven advertising sales manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead sales efforts to secure new advertising clients, nurture existing relationships, and drive revenue growth through targeted advertising solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the advertising industry, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategy – create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to generate new business and maximise revenue from existing clients across various advertising channels.
• Client acquisition and retention – identify and approach new clients, build strong, long-lasting relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction to maintain high retention rates.
• Pitch and negotiate deals – conduct presentations, negotiate, and close deals with potential clients, offering tailored advertising solutions to meet their needs.
• Collaboration – work closely with marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns, from inception to delivery.
• Market research – stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings, using insights to identify new opportunities and optimise sales strategies.
• Reporting and analytics – track sales performance, report on revenue targets, and analyse campaign effectiveness to adjust strategies and ensure maximum return on investment.
• Budget management – oversee the advertising sales budget, ensuring targets are met while maintaining profitability.
