A Studio design manager.

What you will do: 
You will be responsible for leading the studio. The Studio design manager will be an experienced professional with a demonstrable design background. You will manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality creative output. You will oversee the daily operations of the studio, guide a team of design and production professionals, and ensure that all work aligns with our agency’s creative vision, client objectives and commercial goals.

What you must have:

• Five-plus years of experience in a creative/production leadership role within an agency environment
• Excellent grounding in design principles
• Industry awareness
• Understanding of basic business finance
• Experience with budget management, with an ability to balance cost-efficiency with quality output
• Experience of managing a creative team
• Experience of delivering and winning client pitches
• Excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator
• Adept at using Adobe creative suite
• Ability to articulate concepts and ideas to the wider team, other departments and clients
