Editorial Intern (Getaway)

• Generate story ideas daily
• Assist with fact-checking stories
• Assist with editorial tasks
• Assist in managing social media channels
• Attends events when required and produces necessary content from events where applicable.
• Other administrative tasks where relevant

• Tertiary qualification in media studies, English and/or journalism
• Proficiency in WordPress CMS and a Mac is beneficial
• Excellent writing, copy editing and organisational skills
• Able to work accurately under deadline pressure and willing to work overtime when necessary
• Proficiency in all major social media platforms
• Have a keen interest and basic knowledge of travel and nature conservation
