We are a B2B creative advertising agency specialising in crafting innovative and humorous video ads for technology companies in the US. With a proven track record of helping brands stand out, we’re seeking someone to elevate our outreach efforts through email marketing and beyond.

What you’ll do

As our email marketing specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Email campaign management

• Creating, managing, and optimizing cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly, SmartLeads, Apollo, and Lemlist.
• Ensuring high deliverability and maximizing open and response rates.

Lead email database building

• Using platforms such as Apollo, Lemlist, Hunter.io, and Scrapy to identify and build targeted lead lists.
• Enriching data to ensure accurate and complete profiles for outreach campaigns.

Copywriting and personalisation

• Writing persuasive and personalised email content that resonates with US-based Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Tailoring messages to different personas to drive engagement.

Performance monitoring and optimisation

• Analysing campaign metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven adjustments.

What you bring

• Proven experience in email marketing, especially with outbound campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on personalization and engagement.
• Familiarity with tools like Instantly, SmartLeads, Apollo, Lemlist, Hunter.io, and similar platforms.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and troubleshooting.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve campaign performance.
• Bonus: Experience working with US clients or technology companies.
