We are looking for the right skills and the desire to learn, a techy who is passionate about achieving better things with data.
Here is what you need to land an interview:- 5-8 years of proven experience with SQL and T-SQL (not the drag-and-drop kind of coding)
- Solid understanding of relational databases, including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS
- High-level skills in T-SQL, query plans, and the RDBMS Engine
- A deep love and understanding of DevOps principles, with experience using relevant tools (e.g. Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, automation, GIT, and infrastructure management)
- Experience with Azure Cloud technologies such as Databricks and Event Hubs will win you points
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as experience in a high-transactional environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

This is a permanent, hybrid position based in Cape Town, Northern Suburbs, offering a cost to company of R900,000+ per annum, negotiable on experience and ability.
