      The role

      Kilowatt is looking for a passionate and driven sales executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build strong relationships, drive sales, and be a key player in our mission to create unforgettable event experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

      Key responsibilities

      Sales and business development

      • Identify and target new business opportunities within the live events, corporate events, and entertainment sectors.
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, event agencies, and production partners.
      • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and position Kilowatt’s offerings effectively.
      • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

      Account management and client relations

      • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and enthusiasm.
      • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, continuously identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.

      Strategic growth and industry leadership

      • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
      • Represent Kilowatt at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
      • Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and campaigns.

      Sales target achievement and reporting

      • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
      • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM tools.
      • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the leadership team.

      What we are looking for

      We want someone who genuinely cares about delivering exceptional results and making every event better than the last.

      • Proven sales experience: Minimum three to five years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the live events, audiovisual, technical production, or entertainment industry.
      • Passion for live events: A deep understanding of the event production process and enthusiasm for creating unforgettable experiences.
      • Strong relationship builder: Ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term partnerships.
      • Resilient and adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces challenges, and is always looking for new solutions.
      • Strategic thinker and go-getter: Proactively identifies opportunities and takes ownership of driving revenue growth.
      • Exceptional communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
      • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and staying updated with industry innovations.
