Campaign Manager

WOW Marketing Services is seeking a dynamic campaign manager to oversee the internal operations of our clients' campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

• Programme management: Coordinate and manage projects efficiently.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly board reports.
• Campaign execution: Implement and manage campaign communications.
• Client relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Customer support: Assist customers and resolve queries promptly.
• Rewards fulfilment: Support the team with programme rewards fulfilment.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on programme specifications.
• KPI management: Collaborate with teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Copywriting: Be creative with copy to effectively communicate campaign messages.

Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure, independently, and proactively.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about marketing.
• Strong creative ability
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent management and organizational skills.
• High energy and drive to manage multiple programmes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary education in a relevant field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
• Must reside in Cape Town.
• This is an office-based role.
