Moonsport Entertainment is seeking an event creative director for large-scale events in the sports and entertainment industry. In this key position, you can unleash your creativity and bring events to life in a dynamic and exciting environment!

Roles and requirements

You will be the driving force behind the creative vision, working with a talented team to deliver unforgettable experiences, whether it be wowing 60,000 fans in a stadium or pulling out all the stops to deliver a show that is one of a kind. Your strategic thinking, innovative ideas, and passion for excellence will be key to your success in this role. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to launch successful event programs that contribute towards clients' objectives and service the goals and needs of our customers.

Research and development

• Bringing our core value of ‘Being Bold’ to life by implementing research on sports
• Presentation trend analysis into the business.
• Allowing Moonsport to understand the global state of sports presentation.

Creative strategy and approach

• Interpreting, interrogating, and if needed, challenging the client brief.
• Managing client feedback on creative.
• Development of creative strategy and approach for all Sports Presentation projects.

Creative stakeholder management

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external in executing on the overarching approach.
• Both internal and external briefing.
• Operate within the entertainment budget, ensuring all expenses are within budget

Quality control

• Establish and deliver on the Moonsport standard of quality.
• Manage all internal and external reviews of associated briefs as well as have final sign-off of each.
• Implementation of process and status reports for creative deliverables.
