HR business partner position available in the Parow area for a skilled and experienced HR professional to join the group. The role requires expertise in HR policies, employment legislation, and risk management, while also providing coaching and support to managers in people management, employee relations, change management, and employment equity.

Requirements:

• Grade 12.
• Qualification related to HR, such as an HR diploma or degree.
• Three to five years of generalist HR experience.

Knowledge requirements:

• Performance management, employee relations, employment equity, organisational development, and learning and development.
• A solid understanding of relevant legislation (LRA, BCEA, OSHA, COID, EEA).
• Familiarity with business software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word).
