Virtual assistant - outreach and appointment setter (part-time) Location: Remote Hours: 4 hours per day (15 hours/week) Salary: R5000
We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage outbound campaigns and book demos for our CEO This is initially a part-time role with potential to transition to full-time after 1-2 months based on performance. But no expectation of employment is given.
Key responsibilities:
Managing email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Monitoring and responding to prospect replies using provided templates
Scheduling demos and managing calendar
Following up with prospects to confirm appointments
Basic tracking and reporting of campaign performance
Required skills:
Excellent written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Gmail and LinkedIn
Basic understanding of CRM systems
Reliable internet connection
Professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills
Experience:
1+ year experience in administrative or customer service role
Previous experience with outreach campaigns preferred but not required
Comfortable with learning new tools and systems
