We are looking for bright, hard-working individuals to join our team. We provide all the training required over a 12-month internship.

Digital Media and PPC is a high-growth industry both in South Africa and internationally. Search Marketing is the largest part of digital marketing and is central to most digital strategies.

The work requires strategic and analytical thinking and a high attention to detail and accuracy. Junior copywriters need to be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, a solid work ethic display initiative, quick thinking, and an aptitude for fast learning. Most of all, they have a passion for digital marketing and a hunger to learn about its ever-changing landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, websites, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop content ideas.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and consistency.
• Learn and utilize generative AI applications, such as ChatGPT, to enhance and streamline the content creation process.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of content to make data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in copywriting, digital marketing, and generative AI technologies.

Requirements:

• Completed a three-year diploma or degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Openness to using generative AI applications such as ChatGPT to aid in content creation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
