As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide personalized recommendations
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked and merchandise is properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries in a knowledgeable and friendly manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and ensure awareness of current promotions and sales
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a calm and professional manner
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
