Our client is seeking an enthusiastic assistant manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
• Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee inventory, stock control, and ordering.
• Manage schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist with financial tasks, including cash handling and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for delivering a memorable dining experience.

Salary: R8,000 basic salary with option to pick up tables to make tips when both managers are on duty together.
