Duties:
- Processing of TV airtime orders/bookings and flightings from sales house and direct clients
- Management of ad logs sent from sales house on a daily basis
- Extract ads sent from sales house and insert ads into the ad tracker on a daily basis
- Work closely with the Final Control Centre (FCC) regarding ad scheduling
- Download and code ads sent from 3rd parties
- Ensure databases are kept updated and all ads loaded for ingest
- Download as runs on a daily basis
- Extract, analyse and consolidate as runs in Excel
- Provide daily reconciliations on all ads booked by sales house
- Extract and insert ad reconciliations for direct clients in broadcast reports
- Provide proof of broadcast (Excel and recordings)
- Sales Administration and assist with sales promotion/s
- Co-ordinate and distribute information in agreed format, within specified timelines, in an effective manner
- Flexible to take on new and different tasks as directed by management.
- Must have matric
- Proficient with MS office
- Must have advanced excel skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Relevant tertiary qualification in administration or project management
- At least two years experience working within a broadcast environment
- Experience in and knowledge of traffic systems
