Vehicle Stock Controller

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure all vehicle requirements for sales and deliveries are met.
• Oversee the process of bringing new and used vehicles into stock, ensuring accurate records.
• Ensure vehicles are PDI-ed, reconditioned, fitted with accessories, photographed, and valeted for the sales floor or delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of all vehicles.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team, workshop, and service providers.
• Manage the vehicle readiness process from preparation to delivery.
• Spend a significant portion of time (90%) driving, moving, and preparing vehicles.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Valid Code 8 (EB) driver’s license.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in the motor vehicle industry at a dealership level as a Stock Controller
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer relations skills and a team player attitude.
• Medically fit with no criminal record.
• Must reside in or near the East Rand.
• Own transport is essential due to early and late working hours.
